孙强，国家卫生健康委卫生发展研究中心副主任，研究员，博士生导师。中国卫生经济学会常务理事，中国卫生经济学会公共卫生经济专业委员会主任委员，中国医疗保障研究会药物经济专业委员会副主任委员。主要研究领域为卫生经济与政策。主持多项国家自然基金委、科技部重点研发、WHO、盖茨基金会、CMB等支持的科研项目，累计在Lancet Global Health, Lancet Regional Health-Western Pacific, Health Affairs, WHO Bulletin, Plos Medicine等国内外专业学术期刊发表论文200余篇，主编、参编7本卫生管理与政策领域的规划教材及专著，多篇卫生政策研究简报被国家相关部门采纳。
